My videos won’t load

We’ve come up with a series of tests you can do your machine to make sure you can view the videos correctly:

Try viewing in another browser. Some of our customers have had problems with Internet Explorer and have been able to view in Firefox and/or Google Chrome.

Try clearing your browser’s cache. Click here for help.

Try uninstalling and then re-installing the Flash Plug-in. Click here to run the uninstall and then here to get the new player.

One last thing to consider if you’re still experiencing problems…
You could be using up too much of your “bandwidth.” In non-geek speak, “bandwidth” is how much room you have on your internet connection to view videos, audios, images and text.

For example, if you’re watching a video and downloading something at the same time, your video may slow down or even stop loading altogether.

Also, if you’re on a computer network (even a home network) and someone else on the network is downloading or watching videos, it very well could affect your video download speed.

Try clicking the play button on the video and then immediately click “pause” to allow the video time to download to your system. You’ll see the progress bar expand as the video buffers into your system. Wait until the bar expands well beyond the player head and then you can resume watching the video.

Will the program work outside the US?

While some of the investment opportunities I pursue will take place in the US, many of them will also be located internationally.
